Twenty years ago, the British Government began work on a program that would collect DNA from some of history's most influential figures and use it to parent children. Children who they believed, with the right training, could become the next wave of world leaders. Helena's mother was Eleanor of Aquitaine, the most powerful and wealthiest woman in all of feudal Europe and queen of three countries.

She's currently a student at Oxford, studying - naturally - political science, and it's rumored that Helena Leo is who you go to if you need strings pulled. Though never for free.
